Mission

Lifelong Health and Fitness (LLHF), a 501c(3) non-profit organization, has mission to raise awareness about the benefits of exercise, good nutrition, and stress management. Per the Centers of Disease Control (CDC), less than a quarter of Americans are getting enough exercise, based on federal standards. LLHF aims is to increase the understanding of the power of exercise and proper nutrition to gaining physical and mental strength and rebuilding it after surgery or illness.

A special interest of Lifelong Health & Fitness is also providing education and links to resources about Arnold Chiari 1 (Chiari 1) Malformation and Syringomyelia. Chiari 1 is congenital condition and rare disease that affects roughly 200,000 people in the United States.

All profits raised by LLHF are donated to organizations and efforts directly focused on health, fitness, and wellness initiatives.
